About Starting Over

Starting Over, A Relationship Recovery Workshop is for those experiencing divorce, separation or broken relationships. Starting Over began as a result of my own devastating divorce and its’ aftermath coping and managing a new life as a single adult. It wasn’t easy. I made mistakes, but I learned a lot.

After experiencing one of the most disappointing and emotional times in my life I wanted to help others going through relationship loss. I wanted to provide some real recovery with hope, healing and practical insight that would last well beyond the initial divorce or broken relationships.

Since 1992, the Starting Over Workshop has served over 5,000 people. I’ve seen the long-term impact of divorce on children and as a result we have held simultaneous workshops for children from early elementary age to high school age.
